Epsom salts are made of Magnesium Sulfate, when used in a warm bath, they can help to relax tight muscles, relieve stress and help to relax.
How to use
Sprinkle as much or as little into your warm bath ( i usually use half a pouch at a time)
The salts will melt into the water, soak in the bath for around 20 minuites.

Perfect to use along side your favourite Sarahbelles bath sprinkle or Bath Bomb.
